Update on CPCS Renewal Test booking line

On 8/11/2019 we informed you that CITB would no longer administer the CPCS Renewal Test. All management and ownership of the test now sits with NOCN.

We have experienced issues with the booking line run by Pearson VUE. You have let us know of long wait times and a less than satisfactory customer service when you get through to an advisor. We have been escalating these issues with Pearson VUE and we are putting in place the following to resolve these issues:

  • Pearson VUE are providing further training and assessment for their customer services team
  • Pearson VUE have set up a dedicated phone line for the NOCN CPCS Renewal Test.

From 1 January 2020, please book your renewal tests by called 0344 499 1900 or using the existing online booking system at www.pearsonvue.com/nocn Please note this phone line will not be active until 1 January 2020.

When you phone that line you will hear the following message:

‘Thank you for calling the Pearson VUE NOCN test booking line.’
